Make sure you're a verified customer with the selected exchange. If you aren't already, visit them and create an account and get verified. After verification on the exchange, create the API and come back to scbotx.com and link your exchange API keys to our portal.
So, basically, you are a primary customer of the selected exchange and a secondary user of scbotx.com. Without a verified primary customer, you cannot do anything on our portal. You are bound by all rights and regulations of the selected exchange and your governing entity. If you violate any of these, avoid using our service.
Note: Don't give the withdrawal permission on your API. Otherwise, your funds will be hacked. Remember, we cannot transfer your funds or assets, they are safe on your end. For any mishappening, you and your exchange is responsible of that.
